Our clients come to us with their existing 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home on a expansive country lot looking for an upgrade.
Being very family oriented, they were looking to house their family of 6, while keep their parents close while giving them their separate ares as well.
The Project

Not only did we create an addition, but we also went up!
With lot size not being an issue, we designed an 50' x 50' addition. In this we added a large living room with cathedral ceiling, an in-law suite and a large 3 car garage.
By adding a second storey, this allowed us to accommodate all family members, while giving the owners their own retreat in the second level to get away from it all.
